johnny's life changed drastically before he could form any long-lasting memories, having been adopted by black nancy when he was just a toddler. nancy likes to call herself his aunt, stringing together a web of lies about his mother's passing. however, the truth is much darker. prior to johnny, nancy suffered six miscarriages, spiraling deeper into her unfathomable psychosis. then, like a beacon in a sea of hopelessness, johnny appeared.
a gift from god, nancy declared, to fill the empty void her husbands couldn't. nancy, herself, murdered johnny's birth mother after gaining her trust. she raised him in her image, turning him into the ruthless killer he is today.

FORMATIVE EVENT TWO
during the summer of 1972, while in pflugerville, texas, johnny stalked and attacked a female college student on a whim. after breaking into her house, and strangling the woman to death, johnny was caught off guard by her two roommates who were sleeping nearby. after attempting to stab them, johnny ultimately fled the scene, but not before they stabbed him in the shoulder. due to no arrests having been made, the incident caused uproar in the local community, and to this day, there's still an on-going investigation with radio stations broadcasting johnny's description.
FORMATIVE EVENT THREE
maria flores, a college student with a passion for photography, ventured out during wildflower season, hoping to gather a few photos for her album. while maria spent the day exploring open fields, she stumbled upon a locked fence with a "private property" sign, where she unwittingly captured johnny's attention.
what's more tempting than pretty, fresh meat, wandering so close to home all by her lonesome? sweet and primed for the taking, johnny prowled not far behind as maria continued her self-guided nature walk, camera in hand. following a path to a dead end, maria ended up doubling back, and discovered the fence had been opened. against her better judgement, she ventured into the new area in search of more beautiful scenery to capture with Johnny hot on her trail. he followed her directly into a sunflower field, drawing closer with every step.
once the sun had set, johnny took the opportunity to confront her, and lead her on a chase, straight into the clutches of his family, where she ultimately met her demise.

with or without sinking his teeth into human flesh, the transformation progresses to his eyes in the form of light sensitivity that intensifies over time. it starts out with pins and needles that shifts into a stabbing sensation, then full-blown burning that engulfs his eye sockets. the process renders him momentarily blind until his vision returns as eerie, glowing white orbs. sharp canines force his teeth to fall out, loosening one by one as the roots snap like brittle twigs. every bone in his body snaps and shatters as his limbs and torso elongate into a grotesque, emaciated figure.
like a snake stuck in its own shed, he has to physically peel his flesh back to unveil his monstrous formβa deathly pale complexion, slicked in his own blood, and ice-cold to the touch, as if all warmth and life has been sucked from his veins.
johnny stands towering, a giant of 10-15 feet in height, depending on his posture or how much he consumes. he possesses the uncanny ability to walk upright on two legs, but when the hunt is on, he drops to all fours, allowing him to sprint at seemingly impossible speeds. and when it's time to feed, his jaw unhinges, capable of swallowing his prey whole.
in this monstrous form, johnny wields a small array of powers. his senses sharpen to an otherworldly degree, granting him acute eyesight, hearing, and an enhanced sense of smell. these heightened senses enable him to track and stalk his victims with chilling precision. his physical attributes are also transformed. johnny gains inhuman strength, capable of overpowering even the most formidable prey, and his newfound speed ensures that he can close in on his victims swiftly and stealthily.
